Adobe Photoshop Totorial : Polygon Art

Step 1

Make a new document. Make a new layer set [ Layer > new > layer set ]

Select the polygon tool and make the number of sides 6.

Make a polygon like below:

Bring up the blending options and use all of the below options.

Bring up the blending options and use all of the below options.

Now duplicate the polygon layer so you have 5 and position the shapes to a similar pattern like below. Please keep all of the layers in the same layer set. 6 sided polygons always link into each other.

Step 6

Click the layer set’s header (title) in the layers pallet. And then go to [ File > Transform > Perspective ] and transform it to your liking. And resize if you feel like it.

Step 7

Duplicate the whole first layer set.

Step 8

Set the blending mode for the new set to Linear Burn and opacity to 65%.
